Pastor Mike Caforio currently serves as the Associate Pastor of Restoration Church. He and Louanne, his wife of 28 years, have been members of Restoration Church of RI since 1995. Together they have raised 2 children who are currently affiliated with Northpoint Bible College, Matthew serving as Media Coordinator and Hannah as a student. Pastor Mike and his family have lived in North Providence for 19 years.
2 Timothy 2:15 encourages us to “Study and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman [tested by trial] who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth.” (Amp) There is nothing more exciting than experiencing God’s presence through His word. God desires to have an intimate relationship with us. His word is the means for us to encounter Him in a dynamic way. The goal of this group is to teach the skills to properly study, understand, interpret and apply the Bible to our lives. This is known as Biblical Hermeneutics. The better we are equipped in our studies of God’s word, the deeper our relationship with Him will grow, and the more effective we will be in our influence with those around us.
This small group will be meeting once a month in North Providence.
