Encendida | Ignited is a group of bilingual ladies who want to ignite a hunger to grow in Christ, to be contagious. We are a discipleship group who welcome all ladies. to be intentional about growing in our relationships with each other. To gain the confidence to bring the good news out into our communities or where Jesus leads us.

Encendidas meets on the last Monday of the month over Zoom from 6:00pm-8:00 pm where we discuss real lite matters as Women and encourage each other through prayer and transparent conversations. ABOUT THE DIRECTORS ...

Cheryl Luciano has been serving the Lord since 1985. She is a wife, mother of 2 and has 4 beautiful grandchildren. She was born in Republica Dominicana, Santo Domingo. The Scripture that she stands on is: Isaiah 40:31- “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” Cheryl serves on the Rez Church First Impressions Team and is also a part of the Rez Latino Campus Core team.

Miguelina (Eva) Baldera is a wife and mother of four beautiful children. Her work provides her with the opportunity to meet many people. It is there that Eva finds her greatest joy in making Jesus known through evangelism. Eva has had the privilege to serve in various roles in the ministry of Evangelization, Bible School Assistant, Women’s Leader and Family Ministry Coordinator alongside her husband. She’s led dance activities, organized social events, and currently serves on the children ministry team at Rez Church and is part of the Rez Latino Campus Core team.
