Hello,
I moved to Rhode Island from Texas in 2014 and have been a member of Restoration Church of RI since 2017. I joined Equipped Moms in 2018 after a divorce that completely broke me. Being a member of this small group not only transformed my life, but continues to restore me as God has now called me to lead this group. I am a mother of two and a speech language pathologist.

ABOUT EQUIPPED...

Equipped moms is a small group where single moms can renew their strength through fellowship, support, and the word of God. This group equips single mothers as they navigate through parenting, understanding God’s Word as it applies to their lives, growing in their identity in Christ, processing their emotions and past experiences, and preparing themselves for marriage (if that is a desire). We meet twice a month (usually on Saturdays and Sundays) and have childcare available. This journey is not meant to be walked alone and each member of this group has a different story of transformation. Motherhood is not easy, especially when there is only one parent. We are not perfect, but God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. Let us walk this journey out with you!
