After having a radical encounter with God at 30yrs old, Pastor Frank began to prepare for ministry which he started immediately upon finishing Bible School. In 22 years of ministry, he has served as a youth pastor, evangelist, Senior Pastor, and itinerate preacher. Now as Pastor of the Restoration Church RI Newport Campus, he and Tiffany look forward to helping Restoration Church expand God's kingdom across the street, across the oceans and now across the bridge.

As a group, we will do organized motorcycle rides, car shows, races and times of fellowship. We are a family style ministry focused on fellowship and everything motorized.
