Children's Director, Leah Taglianetti

Hi, I'm Leah, I am the children's director here at Restoration church.

I started coming to the youth group here at rez about 3 years ago when I was 16. After coming to church for a few weeks and experiencing God's love and favor, I gave my life to Christ. I started to help out in the kids ministry here and found my calling. Now at 19 Years old I am the children's director, being the teacher and mentor I wish I had growing up! Some Basic Stuff - I got married at 18 to my wonderful husband, Sean Taglianetti. Sean and I met early in highschool and gave our life to Christ around the same time. I realized my purpose and passion was for kids ministry when I first started coming to church and seeing the excitement and curiosity of all the kids. It made me think of how i didnt know Jesus growing up. I want to show children that Jesus can be our best friend if we just accept him into our hearts!

Birthdate - October 6th

Education - I graduated from North Providence High School in 2023 and I'm continuing my education at CCRI. I plan to take classes for Children's education so I can expand my knowledge on working with kids in the future. I was introduced to children's ministry by Kaylee Callender who is the former Children's Director here at Restoration Church.

Favorite season: Summer!

Places - The beach! Especially on a warm summer morning when the sun is just rising. It's a beautiful reminder on how special God's creation is.

Sports team - The only reasons I go to sports games are for the doughboys, hotdogs, and chicken fingers. Oh and the dramatic yelling! LET'S GO BRUINS!!!!!

Hobbies - painting or any sort of art. I am a big hands on type of person so any type of crafts, you can count me in!

Dislikes - Bugs…

Odd Facts - I make a great taco salad #ThanksNana! I also have a child who's 4 years old…named Oreo… he's a cat.
