On September 21, 2019, Impact Center PVD officially launched under the leadership of Pastor Percy and Katie Ballah.
For four years, the Ballahs shared their lives; mentoring and impacting the youth and young adults of Restoration Church. And we are excited to be a part of their vision to create a community of impact makers whose mission is to bring wholistic transformation to people and communities through Christ.
